Songs of Praise in the Park

​On Saturday 11 September, 45 people enjoyed the continuation of St Luke’s annual Songs of Praise in the Polis Chrysochou park of Ayios Andronikos. The congregation was made up of local St Luke’s people, people from our other two sister churches and friends and acquaintances who we haven’t met since the start of lock-down. We all sang well-known hymns and listened to readings from poets on the theme of LOVE and a couple of scripture readings. A collection was taken for the Dreamland Mission Hospital in Kenya, a charity close to those at St Luke’s, which raised a staggering €271.60.
