At last we finally have our new Associate Priest!
The Reverend Ken Waters was Licensed by Archbishop Michael on Sunday 4th October.
Archbishop Michael, plus Bishop George, the Metropolitan of the Bishopric of Paphos whose beautiful cathedral we were kindly allowed to use for the service, plus Archdeacon Christopher, visiting clergy and representatives from other Parishes on the Island, Archbishop Michael’s PA, Georgia Katsantonis and Ken’s wife Wendy together with over 80 parishioners from all three of our churches here in Paphos, attended the service.
After the service, amidst congratulations we moved to refreshments – the first time in months that we had gathered as parishioners to socialize, legally together.
