Farewell To Rev Andrew and Rosemarie - posted 2nd June 2016

​On a warm sunny afternoon on Tuesday 23rd May, in the attractive gardens of Tweedies Restaurant, Kissonerga, a traditional English ‘afternoon tea’ was held as a farewell to Rev. Andrew and Rosemary. Sandwiches, scones, cakes, tea and ‘bubbles’ were enjoyed by the 87 parishioners who attended.
The event marked the end of two and a half years loyal service by Andrew to the Anglican Church of Paphos during which his dedication, energy, enthusiasm and care for the members of the congregations was greatly appreciated. Leaving gifts, presented by Hilda Wilkinson and Eric Dickinson MBE on behalf of the church, included a special wedding stole for Andrew and a pashmina for Rosemary.
On their return to England, in addition to ministering at their local church in Walton on the Naze, Andrew and Rosemary intend to enjoy retirement and travel throughout the U.K. Our sincere thanks and best wishes go with them for the future.
