Blessing of Animals, Monday 4th October 2021

​Our annual service for the Blessing of Animals, to celebrate the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi,  was held under the trees in the grounds of Ayia Kyriaki on Monday afternoon, 4th October, 2021.  23 well-behaved dogs came along to be blessed and were accompanied by 32 owners and friends.  We were particularly pleased to welcome Archbishop Michael and his wife Julia who joined us with their dog, Frank.
This delightful service was organised jointly between ourselves and the Latin Catholics of Paphos and was led by Father Jim together with Father Ishmael, Father Fernando, Rev Andrew and Rev Ken.
