The Pet Blessing Service: Monday 5th of October, twenty dogs and thirty-four owners and friends gathered for the annual service, combined with the Roman Catholics, to bless our pets. It was wonderful to have Archbishop Michael and Julia attending and for Archbishop Michael to be involved in the service.
It is always a simple service of blessing but somehow being outdoors, in the grounds of Ayia Kyriaki, adds greatly to it all. Thank you to Father Jim for his enthusiasm in making sure that this service happens and for all who came to support us.
