Way Forward Survey - 19th October 2020

Dear All,
Please take some time to complete the attached Survey as we really do need to know how everyone feels about the current services and what your thoughts are on the way to move forward.  I ask you to be brutally honest.  All replies come to me (email and hard copies) and will be held totally confidential.
Please return the survey’s by Friday 30th October 2020.  Also pass copies to your friends (even if they don’t come/go to church) as there are a couple of questions they could help us with.
