On a fine afternoon/evening with calm sea 35 people joined the trip from Latchi Harbour to the Blue Lagoon and back with swimming, drinks from the bar (or bring your own) and Chicken &  Pork BBQ cooked on board with garlic toast, cucumber and tomato, cous cous, yoghourt  plus vegetarian option, Fasolia (local bean and vegetable dish). Fresh pears  were served as dessert and red and white wine and soft drinks were included in the price. One of the crew brought his young son along who was catching fish on his rod from the stern almost as quickly as he could  bait and cast the hook (well away from the swimmers).  The trip netted some €300 for church funds which was more than expected thanks to generous donations. We look forward to seeing you onboard next year's cruise!
