Christmas Gifts for children at Kofinou

​The congregation of Ayia Kryiaki once again responded promptly and very generously to the Diocesan Plea for all Anglican Churches in Cyprus to donate Christmas gifts for the refugee children at Kofinou. Our allocation of 15 bags/ stockings were soon snapped up and children from new-born to teenage will, in the next few days, receive a visit from Santa.
This year our gifts were supplemented with other “extra“ gifts to be distributed  - cuddly and hand knitted toys, footballs, 30 pairs of brand new Clarks shoes and boots for young feet and a friend of Ayia Kryiaki has been busy knitting all year and a huge number of beautiful items has been sent. Well done to you all and a very big thank you.
