Vocations Sunday: 26 April 2026

Sunday 26 April 2026 is Vocations Sunday in the Anglican Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf - a day when we give thanks for the many ways God calls people to serve Him - from those just beginning to discern their path to those already walking faithfully in ministry, each vocation is a gift to the Church.

Please continue to hold in your prayers all who are discerning their calling, that they may be guided with wisdom, courage, and grace. Together, we celebrate God’s call and the richness of ministry among us.

COLLECT FOR VOCATION SUNDAY
Almighty and everlasting God, by whose Spirit the whole body of the Church is governed and sanctified: hear our prayer which we offer for all your faithful people, that in their vocation and ministry they may serve you in holiness and truth to the glory of your name; through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
