Pray for Cyprus

Please pray for all those affected by the fires raging in Cyprus:

Merciful God, In this time of fear and loss, we lift up all those affected by the wildfires raging in Cyprus, for those who are fearful of losing their homes, their communities, and their peace. Surround them with Your comfort. Give them strength and hope to carry them through the ashes of devastation.

We pray for those communities being evacuated. May they find shelter, care, and the compassionate support of others.

Lord, we especially pray for the brave firefighters, first responders, and volunteers who risk their lives to protect others. Grant them courage, endurance, and safety in the face of danger. Protect them with Your mighty hand.

Bring wisdom to those managing the crisis, and healing to the scorched land.

In Your mercy, restore what has been broken. In Your love, rebuild what has been lost. And in Your grace, be ever near to all who cry out for help.
