Care Days: Dreams

​Care Days have now granted nearly 900 Dreams and Care Days!
 
Our 1000km fun walk will have over 350 people walking over 4 Continents on 22 March in Cyprus and the UK, New Zealand, America with Tom and Lisa and in South Africa in Cape Town and on the Garden Route! Plus Jenny's stepson is  doing a marathon up 3 Yorkshire  peaks on the same day raising money for the Sweetlove nurse. 
 
This year, there are increased numbers from Care Days/ Friend’s team, the Winkles, TLC School, Paphos Strollers , Helen Charles Salon London, Tracey a cancer  patient, the Care Days personal Directors’  team and the  Friend’s Hospice all entering  bigger teams with a huge team from South Africa, who are not raising money but want to support us by showing their appreciation for what Care Days does in S. Africa.
 
If you are unable to walk but would like to enjoy the great atmosphere and support those who are walking to help our cancer patients, just turn up from 08.30 or from 10.45 to welcome them back. 

From 08.00 volunteers will be at the car park behind the Elyseum Hotel, as last year. Go past main hotel entrance on your right opposite the new construction site and turn right into the car park next to the Kefalos Beach resort. Google map location:  https://maps.app.goo.gl/SHiJv3JXFQc8xH3K9
 
We will start the entertainment from 08.30 on Sunday March 22nd with the lovely M.C. Clare, the TLC music teacher  with students from the TLC School playing for us, and the 16 year old daughter of one of our patients, Sophia singing a solo as well as 12 year old girl Lake Underwood, plus Judith Evans the founder of the Paphos Post will be singing for us, after her visit to Malta to sing at Christmas.

We are so grateful to them all for offering to help!
 
We can tell you now that because of the response globally the total walked will exceed 1750kms, so you will all be part of something really special!
