Sunday 21 December is 'The Longest Night' when churches hold 'A Service of Hope and Healing' for those who are struggling with bereavement, ill health and don't really feel like celebrating #Christmas. This is a self-led service and it should take between 20-25 minutes which I hope might be helpful if you are going through a tough time.
